We are very please to confirm that we will be exhibiting for a second year at Advanced Engineering, the show is being held at the NEC (National Exhibition Centre) in Birmingham on 1st and 2nd November 2017. Plastic Coatings Ltd are please to confirm that we will be exhibiting at the Offshore Europe trade show which is being held at the AECC (Aberdeen Exhibition and Conference Centre) from 5th to 8th September 2017. We will be displaying our services and making use of video content to showcase our Low-Friction Coatings, Corrosion Resistant Coatings, Chemical Resistance Coatings, UV Stable Coatings, , Electrical Insulation, Warm to Touch, Anti-Bacterial Coatings & Anti-Graffiti Coatings.
24hr Coating Service Wins New Contract
A major manufacturer of health care equipment that is used to make people with reduced mobility safer and more comfortable in their own homes, has selected Plastic Coatings Ltd as their preferred supplier for Powder Coating.
The decision was made based on Plastic Coatings Ltd ability to support the very tightest turnaround times possible, often products being prepared, coated, inspected and delivered back to the customer on our own HGV’s within 12 hours.
Plastic Coatings Ltd at Sub-Con 2017
Once again Plastic Coatings Ltd will be exhibiting at the UK’s premier sub-contract service trade show. As usual the show is being held at the NEC in Birmingham, this years dates are 6th to 8th of June. Plastic Coatings Ltd have a much larger stand this year and are making use of video content to showcase our Low-Friction Coatings, Corrosion Resistant Coatings, Chemical Resistance Coatings, UV Stable Coatings, Electrical Insulation, Warm to Touch, Anti-Bacterial Coatings & Anti-Graffiti Coatings.
Three Go Out In Yellow
Plastic Coatings Ltd were recently commissioned by Jim Unsworth to add the finishing touch to his new piece of Artwork ‘Three Go out in Yellow’. Plastic Coatings Ltd were selected for this project due to our reputation for applying high quality, high performance coatings to a wide range of products and markets.
E-coat on Aluminium
Back in August 2016, Plastic Coatings Ltd were very pleased to announce that investment in its E-Coat (Electrophoretic Paint) plant was complete. The investment improved pre-treatment capabilities and also reliability of the plant. Since then we have invested further in paint chemistry and rectifier technology. The most recent investment has improved our E-Coat on aluminium finish to match that of any E-Coat on any other substrate.

We welcome Alan Clarke to the senior management team as QHSE Manager joining Nigel, Darren, Richard and Carl from 19th September 2016. Alan joins us with a wealth of experience in the disciplines of Quality, H&S and Environmental Management, having worked with various different manufacturing companies in similar roles.
Mission Pink
Plastic Coatings Ltd support Intergas in their ‘mission pink’ Breast cancer is the most common cancer in the UK accounting for almost 1,000 deaths each month but, thanks to research funded by charities like Breast Cancer Now, the UK’s largest breast cancer charity, more and more people are surviving. Breast Cancer Now is on a mission to ensure that, by 2050, everyone who gets breast cancer will live, which means funding the most impactful research is key.
Significant Investment In Our E-coat Facility
Early in 2016 Plastic Coatings Ltd made the decision to invest in plant and equipment to improve the reliability, appearance and quality of our E-coat facility. Plastic Coatings Ltd have been applying E-coat (or electrophoretic paint) since 2004. We have successfully built a customer base in demanding supply chains and have an excellent record for service and product quality.
