Plastic Coatings Ltd have been applying E-coat (or electrophoretic paint) on its Kingswinford site since 2004. In that time we have reliably supported many customers and various demanding supply chains with our excellent record for service and product quality.In recent years we have changed some of our in process chemistry, including degreasers and phosphate solutions.

Now just two weeks until the UK’s premier manufacturing supply chain show, dedicated to subcontracting and outsourced engineering services. The show is being held at the NEC and this year Plastic Coatings Ltd will be on stand H56 in hall 4. Subcon 2016 takes place from Tuesday 7th of June to Thursday 9th of June. The show has been designed to connect buyers with suppliers across manufacturing supply chains, matching visitor needs to the capabilities of world class exhibitors.

Plastic Coatings Ltd have had great day at Made In The Midlands 2016. We have had a very successful day talking to our visitors about the range of coating materials that we offer. These include Thermoset & Thermoplastic Polymers, Fluoropolymers, Electrophoretic Paint or E-Coat Paint, Primers, PVC, Nylon, Halar etc, etc. Our reputation, expertise and resources for coating are second to none.

A job done by a quality coater is one you can trust to keep your customer happy for years to come. Anyone can paint metal and have it look good for a short while. But what happens when it rains, when salt and grit get sprayed onto it, or when a shopping trolley hits it?

Christmas Opening Times 2015
Plastic Coatings Ltd Christmas opening times are as follows – December 23rd – Open December 24th to January 3rd – Closed January 4th – Open as normal On December 23rd, collections and deliveries can be made until midday, anything later than this would need to be by special arrangement. Please feel free contact us if you need something after this time. We re-open at 8:00am on January 4th 2016.
Whitford QAC Approval
Whitford QAC Approval Continues at PCL since 2005… Back in July 2005, PCL were amongst a select few companies that were selected by Whitford World Wide (the manufacturers of Xylan and Xylar range of flouropolymer materials) for a new supply chain approval that would offer specifiers of Whitford materials a greater level of confidence around the material applicators.
