As you would expect, feedback from our customers is very important to us and helps us to improve your experience of Plastic Coatings Ltd. Where the survey has indicated that we can improve an aspect of the services that we offer, we are working hard behind the scenes to do just that.
A key aspect of service that you said we could improve was the ability to reach us by telephone. We have, as a result, revised our phone system to improve the service we offer.
We have improved in two key ways, the first is to increase the number of telephone lines from 8 to 16! This means we can now handle double the telephone traffic. The second improvement was to invest in further direct telephone numbers so that when our two receptionists and our sales team are busy, our customers can still contact us using alternative numbers if they choose to do so.
