Interior Components (Passenger Planes)
For over 30 years, Plastic Coatings has coated passenger plane interior components. Using aerospace approved powder coatings, we provide a cost effective and hard-wearing coating system solution.
Internals of Wiring Conduit
With more than 20 years of experience, we have coated the internal surfaces of aerospace wiring conduits. The use of low-friction coatings in this context helps minimise abrasion to wire insulation as well as reducing snagging for a smoother installation.
Bus Bars

Bearing Journals (Helicopters)
Plastic Coatings has coated bearing journals for helicopters for over 20 years. We produce a hardwearing, load bearing and low friction coating for bearing journals, machined back to exacting tolerances for use in helicopters and other high-performance applications.
Clack Valves (Aircraft Engines)
Plastic Coatings is experienced coating clack valves used in aircraft engines’ fuel delivery systems. We use Emeralon/ Bonderite 310 for this application, building a precise coating thickness through many thin layers. The material is then cured to exacting standards for maximum performance and longevity.
