We have a range of coatings available that are ideally suited to the medical industry including PPA 571 ES, Talisman, Nylon and Modified Polyester powders, all available in an anti-microbial or anti-bacterial grade.
These antimicrobial coatings are biostatic and work by preventing the spread or growth of microorganisms. Talisman 30 contains an antimicrobial additive that will reduce levels of MRSA bacteria by 99.99%.
In addition to their decontamination properties, most of the coatings benefit from having outstanding adhesion, excellent scuff and abrasion resistance, as well as low smoke, fume and toxicity in the event of a fire.
